  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    ECF Middle East FZE, is a leading company specialized in hotels, restaurants, catering and institutions supplies established in UAE.

    The company is looking for Sales Assistant, and the key requirements for the preferred candidates are as follows.

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven experience as a coordinator( is preferred); longer experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions is a plus;
    • Ensure the adequate general knowledge/ know how/understanding about our products & its use – anything to do with hotels, restaurants etc. is a plus.
    • Good computer skills (MS Office) – especially excel as we have always quote on the client’s files and not only with Divalto.
    • Proficiency in English – is a must to formulate emails, respond appropriately to enquiry & emails.
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving, taking initiative &
    • Should have knack to control the client’s timelines/submissions & not to over commit on anything.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Graduate in any discipline from college in or in a relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with sales team by managing enquiries and communicating relevant information with the customer on the enquiries.
    • Respond to enquiries from customers and give after-sales support when requested from them with appropriate feedback.
    • Store and sort all the quotes in folders as per projects/procurement company or by hotel operators – for ease of reference.
    • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines by sharing the LPO with the concerned department once order is confirmed from the customer.
    • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems –
    • Ensure adherence to our policies & procedures.
