REPORTING TO Head of Marketing & Communications
LOCATION Dubai, UAE
Overall:
Responsible for assisting the department in achieving its objectives in a timely & efficient manger. Reporting any variances or discrepancies with line manager,
Expected to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve your objectives.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success
Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including tracking
Assist in preparation of meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, coordinating requirements and contacts with suppliers
JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate event set-up, ensuring best resources are selected keeping the highest quality as per Panerai standards.
Coordinate with necessary teams on required permits
Maintain event & gift inventory, and refurbish necessary tools when needed
Coordinate all necessary invoicing for the department
Guarantee timely and thorough post-project reports
Monthly competitive review
Support VM Manager in implementing new animation & product display in stores (merchandising and styling)
Liaise with VM Manager on Retail/Wholesale needs in store
Creating and adhering to necessary project timelines for all animations

1 to 3 years of experience
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
