General Manager – Nature’s Cart
Responsible for leading and managing the complete overall performance of the app
Accountable for the performance and result via strategic growth/improvement plans
Following are the main pillars of focus:
o Setting the Strategic vision: Value proposition on how to disrupt the grocery market: Service model, product experience + Alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
o Leading the product initiative to improve customer experience
Build your team from the ground up to launch and scale
You will be responsible for defining the operating procedures, KPIs and ensuring the success of all teams
Closely collaborate with the leadership team on overall growth
Lead cross-functional team alignment to make our internal and external operations more efficient and scalable
You will own the definition of KPIs and providing visibility: Set targets and drive operations to meet goals
Constantly monitor fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and drive total revenue
Understand the needs of stakeholders with competing priorities, while delivering solutions that satisfy both mutually: i.e. balancing retailer partners’ needs and those of our operations teams

You have at least 3 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in e-grocery consumer retail, or CPG
You have built teams and led cross-functional projects at scale
