Job Description :

– Experienced in ( Dubai Trade Portal, Mirsal II and all admin works related in Jafza)

– Experienced in logistic will be an advantage.

– Experienced in custom documentation such as Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List and all related documents.

– Core of the function carrying out reception/admin tasks.

– Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.

– Communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Must be able to multitask, work under pressure.

– Operation of the telephone by receiving and forwarding calls/emails as well as by providing information.

– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

– Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records.– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
