We are looking to recruit a talented Operations Executive to lead the administration and HR function of a brand new international recruitment agency.

This organisation works on high level positions across the globe and has established a new office in Dubai. We are looking for someone with prior experience in Administration/HR/Personal Assistance who will be taking up the following tasks:
– HR Coordination
– Interviewing Prospective Candidates
– Schedule Management
– Documentation Management
– Conducting meetings
– Coordinating with Suppliers

This is a fast paced, exciting environment that is extremely rewarding for dedicated individuals. With a generous bonus scheme and flexible working available for the successful candidate.

AED 7,000 to 8,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

In order to succeed in this role, applicants should have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
– Degree in Administration / HR / Business
– 3+ years experience in Operations / Recruitment / Personal Assistance
– Exemplary telephone mannars
– Ability to work Autonomously
– Fluent in English
– Currently in UAE
