Full Job Description
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Patient Coordinator to join our team and assist patients with their medical needs while enrolled in our medical facility.
Requirements:
- Strong English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
- Proven work experience as a patient coordinator or similar role like customer care and reception.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, and strong planning and time management skills.
- Preference for candidates with medical background.
- Ready to work in shifting schedule.
Responsibilities
- Patient Coordinator responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating patient care services and working with patients and their families to ensure patients receive required medical treatment.
- Greet patients and direct them to examination rooms.
- Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments.
- Address patient requests and needs in a professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
- Maintain patient medical records up-to-date.
- Comply with the given additional task assigned by the Head of Department in a timely manner.
- Collect patient survey, reviews, testimonials.
- Ensure attendance of mandatory training identified by the facility.
