Job Purpose

Is  responsible for managing systems integration for all new TASJEEL centers & developing  and  designing  new technical procedures for vehicle testing. Monitors  plan execution for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenances/development following maintenance procedure.

Also responsible for coordinating the evaluation, development and  maintenance of technical  records management policies, procedures, standards, industry trends, systems and guidelines . Provides project support and is responsible  for the consolidation of project plans, policies and solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

Principal Accountabilities:

Analyses Tasjeels technical processes and information needs leading  to business improvements and presents  the same to the solutions delivery teams. Identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches.

Contributes to evaluating the factors which must be addressed in the change programme.

Develops technical  data models  to ensure integrity in the way the data is stored and displayed to users.

Applies data analysis, data modelling and quality assurance techniques, based upon a detailed understanding of business processes, to establish, modify or maintain data structures and associated components.

Reviews system updates and identifies those that merit action. Tailors systems to maximise hardware functionality.

Investigates and coordinates the resolution of potential and actual service problems. Prepares and maintains operational documentation for systems .
Investigates technical requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.

Works with users in defining acceptance tests.

Takes responsibility for planning effective technical  information storage, sharing and publishing within the organisation.

Devises and implements document and record systems ( Tasjeel Plus), including classification, retrieval and retention processes.

Maintains an inventory of information subject to data protection and other appropriate legislation.

Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of the departmental business classification plan  and t records retention and disposal schedule and provide advice to users on their application.

Monitors and tracks project deliverables and outcomes including preparation of highlight and checkpoint reports in relation to budget, schedule and resources.

Uses recommended project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects. Sets up project files, compiles and distributes reports.

Monitors and maintains all required financial records for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements.

Liaises with  MCM (Maintenance) dept. and the testing equipment provider for test bay maintenance and upkeep on an optimal basis.
Conducts audits to ensure test bay staff  are working as per the parameters laid down in the Working Procedures Manual and RTA parameters and rules.

Monitors and updates all procurement documentation and contracts

Responsible for consolidating the total consumables of requisitions by site and presents regular reports

Manages the process of Fixed Assets Verifications, Labelling and dispensing done at all Tasjeel Sites. Monitors Inter site Transfers of the Assets

Develops proposals to write-off fixed assets and co-ordinates the same with Finance

Ensures all  sites communication requirements  are  met with and network complaints are dealt with in a timely manner in coordination with Group Telecom.

Experience

Bachelors in Business Administration or IT
Having a minimum of 2 -4 year experience in a similar position.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Arabic and English
Fully IT Literate
Knowledge in ISO , IMS Standards & EHS
