Job Description of DXB CONSULTANTS Company Admin

Interested candidates DXB CONSULTANTS careers Latest Government jobs in Dubai Company Admin qualification and experience full information

Collecting Time sheets from Operation Manager on Weekly and monthly basis.

Recording absence of employees at site and making report

Make invoicing and submittal back the same to Operation Manager on monthly basis

Following invoice payments with Customer and feed back to the GM

Communications to the bank for any operational issues

Petty cash expense report in liaise with Operation Manager on weekly basis and making conso report by end of month.

Recording of employee details such as Passport, Residence Permit and Emirate ID etc.

Monitoring Labor dept, Immigration, employee insurance details of employees.

Conduct employee interviews in middle east and in India. Hence, need to travel to various places in India and back to DXB whenever is required.

Conducting client meetings as and when required by GM (2-4 Meetings maximum)

(with various companies like GE +Siemens +ABB and Alstom Transport etc.)

Housing: Single Studio apartment in Sharjah Rowdah area near to office (including gas and kitchen equipments)

Transport: Will be given by the company if required.
