Full Job Description
Respond to incoming email, faxes, and posts as instructed and compose routine replies
Attend incoming telephone calls and transfer to concerned persons
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming departmental mail.
Reading and analyzing drawings.
Process clients’ purchase orders into approved sales orders for the purpose of updating and distributing information to the material management department in compliance with established guidelines
§ Process sales invoices after material delivery for the purpose of updating and distributing information to the material management department in compliance with established guidelines
Communicate with the production department to coordinate job orders and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials
Liaise with shipping agencies for secure timely delivery of goods and services to clients
Liaise with other departments to collect information and generate documents requested by the clients such as packing lists and others
Respond and provide services to incoming clients and meet their requirements
Regularly update the clients through fax or e-mail on the status of their orders
Perform general and specific clerical functions (e.g. answering the telephones, distributing sales orders, scheduling, copying, faxing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting departmental activities
Prepare, update and maintain the production schedule on a daily basis
Prepare proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations as instructed
Assist in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the sales manager
Attend events, as requested by the sales manager
Promote the DOROS products and services to new and existing customers
Communicate with the sales team about the status of order and position of sales
Other Functions
Prepare binders, submittals, and compliance sheet as per instruction from sales personnel
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Coordinate compliance with all applicable standards such as ISO 9001, and other applicable requirements
Interact effectively with other departments such as the technical department and finance department to ensure they are briefed fully and correctly on all aspects concerning the client’s requirements
Prepare reports as required by the Sales Manager
Perform other related duties as required

Civil Engineering Degree holder with understanding & analysis of drawings.
