We’re looking for an Arabic speaking Partnerships Manager to join our Music Partnerships team. As a member of the Partnerships team, you will mainly help oversee relationships with Music Labels, Artist, Composers & music content creators based in MENA & Africa, and also help our larger content organization hone it’s drive for Dolby ATMOS music for localized content. Often you will be in the field, inspiring and motivating creators, and helping them to understand Dolby Atmos Music in ways that help unlock their creativity. Working from our Dubai office, you’ll collaborate across functions in Emerging Markets

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Lead strategy, outreach and onboarding efforts with music talent to develop innovative and high impact partnerships.

• Work with creators and artist to help them execute projects that make use of Dolby Atmos Music technology in creative while creating their songs and inspirations

• Serve as an internal advocate within Dolby for Labels, Artist, Composers & Mix Master Engineers, including working with Content and Marketing teams.

• Define best practices, articulate and identify unique Dolby Atmos Music differentiators to the creative fraternity

• Contribute to the overall strategy on Dolby ATMOS music adoption

• Plan and execute GTM’s with Audio OTT services and OEM’s & DSP’s across MENA & Africa

• Provide for content and endorsements for all of Dolby social media assets

• Develop educational programs for Labels, Artist, Artist Mangers & Mix Master Engineers on Dolby Atmos Music

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

• 10+ years experience in Digital Music and Technology

• Love for Music

• Post Graduate in Management

• Experience leveraging relationships in the Music industry

• Fluent with English & Arabic

 

Preferred Qualities

 

• Experience working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects..

• Ability to think strategically about issues, technology, and understand trends in order to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work cross functionally in order to drive multiple time-sensitive, high-priority projects.

• Firm command of communication and presentation skills, and LOT of WARMTH & EMPATHY while dealing with the creative Fraternity

• Entrepreneurial spirit.
