Female Office Administrative/ Assistant: We are looking for a Female Office Administrative to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Office Administrative include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls and pass them on and reply to an email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms. Update and maintain office policies, procedures, and expenses. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. Carry out administrative duties such as developing and maintaining a filing system, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient. Resolve administrative problems. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records. Requirements 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
