Full Job Description :-
Food & Beverage Manager – (220003WC)
Job Purpose
To manage the entire Food & Beverage Service department of 2 hotels in Al Barsha consisting of All Day Dining, Room Service, Sports Bar, Nightclub, British pub and coffee shop.
Key Accountabilities –
Create F&B Strategy
F&B Annual Budget – Sales / Cost / EBITDA
Daily / Monthly / Yearly reports
Deliver F&B Service as per SOP
H&SE and government regulations as applicable from time to time
Inventory management of Alcoholic beverages
Day to day operations of all F&B outlets/department
F&B manpower
Customer handling/grievance/feedback
Manage relationship with key suppliers_Liquor / Performers (bands / DJ’s)
Learning & Development
Other duties as directed by line manager
Qualifications
Education
Minimum – Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
Job Experience
2-3 years’ experience as an F&B Manager in a 3-4 star hotel.
Others
Experience as a Manager of a high volume bar/nightclub in Dubai.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experienced People and crowd Manager
Hands on approach with out of box thinking.
Team player, leads by example and able to motivate his/her team
Ambition to continuously improve
